There is a thread about a web app for this but it requires a PHP service be installed into the server you wish to SSH into.

There's an interesting little Python app based on AjaxTerm at http://www-personal.umich.edu/~mressl/webshell/ . This is not an SSH app for the iPhone, but it does give you sortova kindova access to SSH if you have a website. It's free and simple to try.
