My Iphone 5s randomly shuts completely down, I try to turn it back with the force restart and the apple logo pops up like it should, but then the screen goes red and shuts completely red. Please help

Have you tried a DFU restore?
If that doesn't help, then likely you have a hardware problem, such as the proximity sensor, or the front camera.
Could even be result of liquid damage.
Have you recently had the screen replaced? If yes, you may need to take it back to the shop to check internal cables, etc.
