Iphone "Stuck & Frozen"

Cannot describe it in any other way...

The central key does not work so I am unable to go back to the main menu.

Furthermore, when I get a call and I do not pick up on time, Iphone freezes and the only way to "unfreeze" it, is waiting for another call and pick up....

Please let me know ASAP.

remove the "kate" app. This is what mine was doing.

Try holding down the "Home" button and the on off button at the same time until it reboots.
