iPhone Support in iTunes??

I just had to download iTunes from Apple website, and when installing i noticed options for iTunes Phone Driver on the customize menu of the installer? is this the old ROKR driver, or is this something new in iTunes. I've never had to download and install itunes manually

Anyone know if we'll be able to plug the sucker into our cars the way we do iPods with one little cable? If not, how is it expected to replace many people's iPod?

The iPhone has a headphone jack..... just like the iPod.

If you're talking about through the dock connector, If you'll recall in the Keynote at MWSF2007, both audio and a stream of video was fed through a dock-like connector to be projected in front of the large crowd attending.


So yes, we most definitely will be able to plug it into our cars and stereos.
