iPod iPhone switching songs

Well simply when I woke up and got my playlist going I got to a song which I didnt know I had in there, it sounded like a red hot chili pepper song but my iphone said it was blackhole sun but it obviously wasnt.
Has anyone else had this problem? Even though it is just one song I still am a bit disappointed.
