Hi:

So I gots this iPhone here, and it was all synced up just fine to my MBP. I did a complete rebuild on the MBP on the advice of the Apple Store. So my iPhone still has the data on it, and the apps and stuff.

I did a mini-sync, and transfered the phone numbers and calendar back and forth to the new MBP, no prob. I thought I would change out some movies on there, and I get a message that says:

An iPhone can only be synced, yadda yadda. Erasing and Syncing replaces the contents of this IPhone with the contents of this iTunes Library.

So will I loose all my apps? All my data? Or will it just pull my music and videos? How much will I loose?

Thanks

You should be fine if you turn off auto-sync. As far as your loose data goes, some screws and/or glue should keep it from moving around too much.
