iPhone Syncing issues. Removing Files From iTunes

I synced a video that was in my itunes to my iphone last night. It was a tv show purchased from iTunes. Today i did another sync and it asks me about wanting to sync 'content purchased from the iTunes library' from my iphone back to itunes. Meaning it REMOVED the file it synced from my iTunes instead of copying it. I think it has to do with the problem i posted in this thread.

anyone else having this issue?
