iPhone Tether Question.

I followed this guide for Iphone Tether

it's a Mac guide but I have windows

I prepared iPhone with Installer, BSD Subsystem, Openssh
I setup Ad-Hoc Network with windows
I connected iPhone to the network and did the SSH command successfully
However after that I tried to set up socks proxy and couldn't get that part to work so i can't connected to the internet..

help...?
