Tethering Plans
Effective immediately, tethering will continue to be included at no additional charge for Rogers customers who subscribe to a data plan of 1 GB and above*. This new policy replaces the current tethering promotion, originally set to expire on May 3, 2010. As the Canadian smartphone leader, Rogers is dedicated to helping our customers adopt and benefit from innovative new technologies and applications like tethering.

One reason why i am glad i am with rogers!!!

I'm liking the tethering, but I'm loving this iPhone competition in the great white north. Now with Virgin in the mix too, it's gonna lead to more data for less!!!...hopefully...

Awesome! Too bad my phone died on me - but hopefully this change in policy will be around in 4.5 months when *hopefully* the new iPhone comes out. If not - or if it's not what I'm looking for - then perhaps I'll have to jump ship to Android. Either way, my tethering ability should remain unchanged! Woo!
