Hey everyone.

I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and or has come up with a fix for it. Whenever I click a text box the iPhone zooms in on it so I can see what I'm typing (i.e. Typical login and password boxes). If I type it wrong and try to hold down so the magnifier pops up and then I can move the cursor throughout that text, the magnifier is off the top of the screen and I can't read it. I've just always gone with the drag and guess the location of the cursor in the text. It's annoying! Has anyone found a fix for this?

By the way, I'm still on 1.1.4 and I think it only happens while holding it in landscape mode, but I'll test it out and get back to you on that.

Any ideas?!?

Thanks,
Matt

no no...

I don't think you're understanding what I'm saying. When I click on a text box it zooms in and then when I move the cursor with my finger the magnifier moves along with my finger also, but I can only see the bottom half of the magnifier. The text in the magnifier and the whole upper half of it is off the top of screen, and I can't see it. For example...if you go to this site (forums.macrumors.com) on your iphone and click the login box the iphone automatically zooms in so you can see what you're typing as you enter your login name. If you mess up your typing though and hold your finger on it to move the cursor back a few letters, the magnifier shows up and moves along with your finger. Since the phone is zoomed in on the login textbox, the magnifier is too big for the screen though and the top half is displayed off the top of the visible portion of the screen. Anybody else have this problem?!??

Is there a fix???
Thanks!

Here's what I mean....

Come on now...somebody must at least have some INPUT! If not a fix, at least some thoughts on it perhaps? Please?
