IPhone Text: Print, Forward, Send

Need IPhone Techie help!!!!!!

If you have text message and

1. want to print it out.... can it be done?

2. want to send it to e-mail...can it be done?

3. want to forward it to another number...can it be done?

Whichever is the easiest I would appreciate some tips or better yet a step by step set of instructions. All the phones I have had including my current Shine you can forward with ease but I need a text off my son's IPhone and he is not sure how to do it.

Pretty much the only thing you can do, I think, is take a screenshot of the text by holding down the home button and tapping the lock button, then go to the camera roll and email yourself the picture.

The text stream is long so that is not the best option but it looks like it may be the only one. How in the world can something this simple be left out of the program?
