1) Go outside for 5 minutes. Take some deep breaths of fresh air.
2) Put your phone in DFU mode. Google "DFU Mode", or just click here.

3) Plug in your iPhone.

4) Life is good again.

5) Don't.Make.Titles.Look.Like.This.Okay?:D

If you are saying that as soon as you plug your iPhone into your computer via USB, your PC crashes... you have a boatload of problems.

First, does your computer do this when you plug in any other device?

Second, does your iPhone crash any other computer?

If the problem follows the phone, 1-800-MY-APPLE is your solution. Be patient with the telephone people, they hear all kinds of problems all day. I've been blessed with some great people on the other end of the phone.

If the problem does not follow the phone, and the iPhone charges and plays nice with the other computer, you have either a messed up USB cable or a messed up computer. Borrow a sync cable from somebody and test again on both computers. The results will tell you for sure where the problem lies.

And Good Luck!
