iPhone to Android HTC Hero Migrating ?

I just dumped my iPhone and get an Android HTC Hero.
I just wanted to ask what the best way to Migrate all my
Contacts from iPhone to Android.

I am running a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard.

I heard about Double Twist...Is that any good ?

I just copy the album folders to my SD card by clickong amd dragging them from my Mac onto the SD card (does that make sense?). :D

do get all my contacts from the iPhone to the Android ?

So i guess you just have to delete all the random email addresses
that are stored in your Google Account ?

like any craigslist emails....
