Hello,

I've got a new iPhone 11 and I'm transferring data from my old 6s but it's only transferring over 4g and not wifi , why ??

it will take over two hours .. I don;'t understand this.. is this normal ?why the wifi on both phones disappeared when transferring ?

and on top of that is not even seeing my Apple ID, instead it shows my friends email LOL? and ask me to enter the password, I have to skip that step without entering my apple id

this sucks
