Iphone UK where to buy tips?

I'm planning to go to the UK to buy a unlocked iphone 4.
Can anyone give me a hint where to buy it, where they have still on stock?

Only Apple stores have unlocked phones, all the networks sell phones locked to themselves.

Buying online from Apple it currently quotes 3 weeks lead-time, buying from the stores it says first-come-first-served, max purchase 2 per customer.
