iPhone updated to 14.3 - missing notifications

Since updating to 14.3 yesterday, I no longer get notifications. Checked and DND is not on. Anyone seeing this?

Also when I upgraded iMessage turned itself off and messages went to SMS only. A few toggles off / on and it started working again though.

After updating my Viber notifications were gone. Did a phone restart and all is well.
