I totally forgot about the iPhone 12 Pro Max being released in November and having to make that 12th payment before preorders. I just made the 12th payment over the phone right now. Will it settle in time for Friday. Am I screwed. Should I cancel the payment. thanks for your thoughts.

It's very easy to upgrade even when you have the extra payment due. They just tack that 12th payment onto your balance at time of order. Simple!

That was not necessary to do so. Normally at check out, Apple would have tacked the up To 12th payment.

Apple will make it easy for you to pay that 12th payment and get your shiny new iPhone. It's not like they make enough money already. Go ahead and give them that extra month payment for nothing. Apple and its shareholders thank you.

I just got off the phone with Apple and they said when I preorder Friday it will give me the option to make the extra payment. Is that accurate?

Yes that is accurate. That’s what I did couple years ago when I was on iup but started late.

Yup. If you actually go into the Apple Store app and act like you want to upgrade it will show you the amount you'll need to pay.

Even if by chance it doesn't post in time, you'll pay it when you pre-order and they will eventually refund you the overpayment.
