Hello - this was the first year that I’ve upgraded while being on the iUP (I started it last year). When I set up my iPhone 11 Pro it offered me Apple Care, which was odd because I know that’s included. Apple’s support page says that I am eligible to buy Apple Care based on serial number.

I was not charged my September payment for the program and the Citizen’s One page says my loan is on hold with the next payment due in Oct.

For those who have upgraded before on the iUP, is this normal? Do I just need to give it time to process?

I have talked with Apple about this issue this morning. My phone is saying I have 55 days to order Apple Care+ which is weird because my wife's phone does not say it. Apple claims that it can take up to 72 hours to show up. It appears their system is a bit backed up. If it does not show up after 72 hours, give them a call. Your order number will show Apple Care+ is included.

Same here. My Pro Max shows that I can add AppleCare+ even though it should be included with the upgrade program.

Things have been really weird this year. On my IUP iPhone XS it said my Applecare was ending this month, only one year into my contract. I had to call support and have them fix it. I'm going to wait the 72 hours before I call them again about this.
