Two oof our iPhones on the Apple Upgrade Program are eligible for upgrading, but when we click on the button in the Apple emails or try to do it from the Apple ID menu, it goes to a "page you are looking for cannot be found" error. Happens on all browsers, MacOS, iOS and PadOS. Called Apple today to upgrade by phone and they took everything down manually but when they tried to process it, they said it wiped out the cart. Escalated and got the "no one else has ever reported this problem."

Anyone here able to "Check Eligibility" or complete the upgrade order online?

apple.com has been wierd lately. It works on my iphone most of the time but then on the macbook I sometimes get that page you are looking for cannot be found. Hour later it works again. Same on my iPad. I never had that issue on my iphone. What device are you using that is having this issue?

Apple and some of the services have been wonky for a while. I had my iCloud account locked for some unknown reason and no I did not do it at my end as I checked all my devices. It took well over 3 hours with apple support to get my iCloud account unlocked. I suspect that it was right after I got my Apple Watch that it got locked as it never showed on my find my device app. As soon as it was unlocked all my devices then showed.
