I am wanting to sign up for the iPhone upgrade program through Apple. Am I able to do that in store or do I need to go ahead and do it online before I go tomorrow?

You can do through the Store or you can do it through apple.com and do either delivery or in-store pick up.

Okay I thought I could, but when I just chatted with the Apple rep a minute ago she said it’s only available online. I wanted to verify with everyone here. I was hoping to be able to do it in store since I’m not sure if I want the XS or Max.
