iPhone X iPhone Upgrade Program

Hello all,

I’m having this problem. When I check my upgrade eligibility with iPhone Upgrade Program I use Apple store app and I enter the serial number of the iPhone and the last 4 digits of the IMEI
I get this message. Is anyone experiencing or has experienced this problem ?

I believe it will show the same thing. Did you have your phone replaced while part of the Upgrade Program by any chance? People who did seem to be the ones having the issue.

Several are having this problem and Apple does not seem to have a blanket fix. It seems to require a case by case solution which is not going to happen quickly

Unfortunately, from reading through that other thread, it looks like you’ll have to contact Apple and start there. Good luck!
