Other iPhone Upgrade Program

Hello everyone, this is my first post I would like to know what you guys really think about the iPhone Upgrade Program. I see that the iPhone 14 starts at $39.50 so most likely the 15 will start at the same price but I would like to know on the credit card statement will it say Apple - $39.50 or Citizen One - $39.50

Might be different for card company but mine shows as "iphone Citizensoneloan"

Thank you for replying the only reason I ask is I have a Bank of America card that has around $300 in rewards for a Apple gift card so I was just wondering if it say Apple on the statement most likely I'll be able to use it but most likely if it say Citizen one it won't work.
