ok, so i was listening to music from my iphone today, and all of a sudden the music started breaking up and i took a look at my phone and the volume was going up and down, from high volume to low volume. anyone have this problem or know how to solve this? my iphone 3GS's been good to me the last few months I dont want this problem to make me get rid of it

iphone volume going crazy while playing music

Either something is wrong with your volume button, or you're moving your headphone in and out of the jack. (There are three volume settings- no headphones, regular headphones, 4 connector headphones) All of them have different volume settings.
