Whether will support iPhone wcdma 2100 in the future. And why he does not support this standard now. And whether will be on him the programs are accessible ot strange developers.

GSM is more common world-wide, so Apple went with what is most common.

According to Apple, iPhone will not support third-party applications.

iPhone is supposed to be in Europe late this year or perhaps next year. We don't know when it will be available in specific countries.

True, but I think the OP was refering to WCDMA, also known as GSM 3G.
It was probably left off for now due in large part to battery life. Since it is not 100% coverage everywhere, and since carriers usually charge a 1stborn for unlimited access I can understand waiting.
