iPhone with other providers?

Hello,
first, i´m from germany and sorry for my bad english.
I want to have an iPhone. But i don´t know if I use them with other providers. Perhaps one of you can test it with another sim (t-mobile or anything else)

That is a good idea. Someone should try to put a T-Mobile sim in an iPhone. I suspect nobody has tried that yet. Hopefully someone will read this and give it a shot.

sorry, but here in Germany we don´t get so many news about the iPhone like in the U.S.A. I think...but thank youu
i'm curious too. i'm from the UK and heading over to the US in July. Was considering picking up an iPhone but need to know if my UK sim will work when i get back home. Anyone tried it or know of any successful unlocking of the phone to have been carried out?
