iPhone won't back up with iCloud

Everytime I sync my iPhone with iTunes, it says it has not ever been backed up with iCloud. What do I do? iCloud is turned on. Thanks~

iCloud being turned on is not the same as it backing up.

Go into iPhone settings app, hit iCloud and then at the bottom of that screen hit 'storage and backup'

Make sure iCloud backups are on. And you are on wifi.

It could be you have it set to auto backup to iTunes, wifi is off etc.

Thank you! That helped. My phone says wifi is OFF. They changed the password on our AT&T Uverse acct when we had a problem two weeks ago. I'm guessing that's the problem.
