Iphone won't boot if volume up button is not pressed

I have iphone 4s, sim free running jailbroken 5.0.1. I tried to reboot phone and after that phone wont start if volume up button is not pressed. I tried to do clean restore but i'm having problema with connection to apple verification server.
Anyone idea what to do?
