iPhone iphone won't boot up

i just installed carla color scheme banner and it locked up on respring. Did hard reset and tried to go into safe mode didn't work. Any help please.

Did you turn it off normally or did a hard reset (hold down power + home for ~10 secs)

Hard reset. apple icon comes on screen then greys out. tried volume up as well while booting.

It refuses to turn on? Have you tried connecting it to the power cord and booting?

it turns on, apple logo comes on screen then it greys out and doesn't do anything.
