My iPhone 7 Plus suddenly stoped charging on my mac, i tried with an iPhone 6 and a different cable and same result, on my Windows PC it charges fine. I already reseted smc and tried other solutions and nothing.

Do you get any message? What exactly happens when you try to charge?

Dont say noting, just keeps charging and stop charging, but if i press the cable harder it charges, but any movement and keeps doing the same thing. I will try with an apple one, currently im using an anker cable

It works fine with everything else but charging iPhones ...

Do you have another port?

Or, get a splitter and plug it in to port and iPhone into one of the splitter ports.

It does sound like the port.

Press the cable harder on which end (the computer end or the phone end)?

At the phone end but on my wall charger or windows pc there is no need for that, it’s like on the Mac makes a bad connection

Is it official Apple cable? It might be pulling too much power if it’s not.
