Hi, this is my first time on the forums, and I'm having a problem with either my iPhone, or my computer. I can't tell, because the iPhone connects just fine to the normal wall socket, and to my other laptop computer. It used to connect to this one, but no matter what I try it won't connect to the desktop computer again. Both computers are Macs, both have been able to connect the iPhone before, but suddenly the desktop computer refuses to.
Can anyone give me some tips on what I might try to fix this?

Thanks.

I don't know about Macs, but this may help.

If I had this happen on a Windows PC, I would look for a driver problem. In device manager in Windows, I can see the active USB connections, and see the properties for the devices, as shown in the attachments. I can update the driver, uninstall it, etc.

Maybe you can try something similar on the Mac.
