iphone wont lock using top button

IPOHONE??it wont lock using the top button?
i was messing around with supreme settings and now it wont lock using the top button but it turns off and everything. i deleted the app. and rebooted my phone and still nothing !!!!!!
help plz

Well, since you rebooted, you're probably going to need to do a restore.

To be the most thorough, you should do a DFU Mode restore, to see if that solves the problem.
