IPhone won't recieve calls

For some reason my jailbroken iPhone 3g won't recieve calls ppl say it goes to voicemail but I can make calls any. One know what is wrong

Is it locked or unlocked? I would try doing a hard reboot on the phone.

Yeah I rebooted alot and it's unlocked

Unlocked how? With software like ultrasn0w, or one of those unreliable sim adapters? If the second, then I'm not surprised at all.

yeah with ultrasnow and it has cydia on it
