Hi,

I recently changed my iTunes Store account username, email, and password. It continues to work well on the desktop version of iTunes. However, my iPhone 3G refuses to recognize the new username and password. I have synced it multiple times since the update, yet whenever I attempt to purchase an app or install an update through the App Store on my phone, it presents the old username as the account name, and will not accept either the old password or the new password as valid. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Does using the old user/pass let you actually purchase things?

Only after I have changed my iTunes account back to the old user/pass. If I update my account to the new user/pass, it tells me that my iTunes username is the old username, but doesn't recognize either password.
