iPhone won't sync certain videos

I have some ripped seinfeld eps from DVDs. I used handbrake and used AppleTV settings, will these not sync to the iPhone, I have a similar episode of the office downloaded from bittorrent that appears to be in the same format as the seinfeld episodes, but iTunes will not transfer it to my iPhone. Anyone have any tips?

If using a Mac click on the video in itunes and then click on advanced in the menu bar and create iphone version. It should be similar in windows.
