It did in the US from Eastern to Pacific.
It should internationally also.

yes it does. when it finds a new carrier, it will also switch to the correct time (zone)

LOL, i never knew this, I travel to the Netherlands every week for work and have always changed the time before i land.... only been doing this 20months!

Well this is gonna save me 10secs every week now

The time changes only if you have the cellular service enabled. If, like me, you use only WiFi and Skype when traveling overseas, then the time on the iPhone will not change.

It doesn't automatically change for me. I usually have to go in the settings and change the 'time zone'.
