So already had my iPhone X replaced by Apple.
I thought something was off, every now and then when typing a message or moving around iOS, it would fail to pick up my touch.
I thought it was just me, coming from android for the past month and getting used to iOS again, or maybe the cold weather, as its freezing in the UK right now.
Yesterday, began to notice it more. Got an appointment at the Leeds UK Apple store and he run a few tests, the Touch Accuracy was all over the place, far worse than i imagined.
The Genius was quite surprised, they swapped the phone outright. Apple Customer service, awesome as usual.
