Looks like the XS/MAX has 1GB more RAM and almost no gain on the A11 Bionic of the iPhone X

Here's a possible link to the XS and Max Benchmarks
Another source of possible scores

Iphone X - Single is 4208 || Multi is 10116
Iphone XS - Single is 4754 || Multi is 9367
Iphone XSMAX - Single is 4813 || Multi is 10266

The main reason to upgrade is Screen Size, Better Camera, Color, or going from something earlier than an X as of now. I think I may hold out until next year personally and buy a used x.

I think these are fake benchmarks. No chance the multi core has decreased vs the X which can get about 10500 in Geekbench, and the GPU is meant to be 50% faster vs last years X and so the GPU metal score should be significantly higher which we have yet to see.

Possibly. Metal score will indeed be higher, since they upped the GPU 50%, but the base cpu is about the same.
Heres another source with similar numbers.
