Have you people done an express replacement for the iPhone X how are the conditions ?

Did you people get some with loose screens ,dust in the camera lens/ dust in selfi camera ?

Will this feature work if I”m on iPhone upgrade program?

For express replacements, I believe they charge your card the full amount for the phone, then ship you a new phone and when you receive it, you put your SIM card in the new phone and ship your old one out in the same packaging. Once they receive the damaged phone back, they'll clear the charge from your card.

The phone you get should be like brand new. I've used it a few times where I work when people crack their phones and it is much more convenient than having to take it to Apple myself.

As for the replacement program part, I believe AppleCare+ is included, so it should work just the same as if you purchased the phone outright with AppleCare+.

Has your battery capacity gone down to 99%, so you need a new device?

The replacements I've got back are pretty much like brand new. They're the same as the ones you would get from Apple's stores. I've never noticed any dust in the lenses or other imperfections on the ones we get back in for our office.

I'm pretty sure they've shipped in from California and Texas. I'm assuming they generally ship out from the nearest repair depot. The replacements will have their own unique serial numbers. They're probably just similar because they're the same model.
