iPhone X iPhone X audio crackling when switching apps

I noticed while listening to a podcast on Pocket casts, if I swipe along the bottom of my phone to switch apps, when I swipe to Twitter I am getting an audio crackle that is very brief (fraction of a second), seems to happen when twitter has a video ad displaying, even though it should be muted.

I'm still feeling my way around to see if I can reproduce it with any other app combinations.

Anyone else running into audio crackling/popping when listening to something in one app and then switching to other apps?

Thanks for the reply. Whew, just knowing it's not only my phone is in and of itself already a relief, maybe it's software that can be patched out.
