to all those having issues BT dropping every minute or so and weird crackling sound when vibrates. stop resetting, shutdown, turn-off. it will not work. go ahead to apple store and it seems they know this issue but they are very quiet.
i scheduled an appointment, when i get there. the genius asked. and i told him i did eveything. he ran the diagnostics and he asked me if its ok to replace my phone. i said of course! this whole thing didnt take long. probably 5mins and we are done. he told me also that the white box replacement are not refurbed. they are brand new with a different serials. im very happy with the outcome.
