iPhone X iPhone X car charger

Please could someone with more knowledge about these things tell me if this car charger is ok to use with iPhone X obviously it will be used with apple cable
as I still have this from a galaxy s9 I was using

just a follow up question , I bought the iPhone X brand new and setup and everything downloaded apps yesterday but it seem apps are taking a bit long to load like Twitter was instant on iPhone 7, PayPal also last iPhone I had was the 7 and that was fast no issues with loading
Does yours have any similar issues ? Am not having a go at apple or you would be nice to know going forward
