Resolved iPhone X Control Centre Gesture Not Working

The majority of the time when I swipe down from the right ear I get notification centre rather than control centre. The only time the gesture seems to work is on the lock screen. Has anyone else got this issue? IOS 11.1.

That was my next question! Screenshot was taken and everything! Glad it’s solved!
