It is known if beta 11.2.5 solves the problem?
I have changed my iphone 2 times and they all have the same problem, it is more or less visible but it happens in all of them.

Does Apple know that this problem exists? I do not know how to communicate it so they can know

I'm sure Apple is aware of the issue. But you can always submit technical feedback to them with a ticket. Or call Apple directly and have them Note the issue, then they send the alleged problem to be investigated or documented.

today apple launch 7 and last beta of ios 11.2.5

It has to do with the power management unit I think. You kinda have to keep replacing the phone till you find one without the issue.

11.2.5 solved this, the crackling is almost gone!

i've installed ios 11.3 but the crackling wasn't gone.
