iPhone X iPhone X Dust under lens (Long term use)

I recently purchased a iPhone X only to find dust under the telephoto lens. This seems to be a very common problem indicating poor quality assurance from Apple's side. After two weeks of use I sent in the phone to see whether the apple service provider in my country could clean the phone. They were unable to rectify the issue and replaced the phone. When sending the replacement they never checked whether it might have same issue and when we opened it had the same issue. I now want to find if anybody has been using a "dusty" iPhone X in the long term and if they have noticed issues with camera artifacts when taking photos?
