Will this charger quick charge my Iphone X?

I mean, can it get the same result as the 12Watt Apple charger?
I don't want to get the 29 Watts its way too expensive.

i'm not sure if i should get it or not, i'm afraid it will fry and damge my battery.

It will charge with 12W nicely. Not 18W (quick charge), nor 29W (power delivery).

I”m currently testing HTC rapid charger 3.0. Hope I’ll get results like the 12 watts one.

For fast charging iPhone X, you'll need Power Delivery, which delivers fast charging over USB-C, so you'd have to invest on some new cables and adapter. Check out this guide for more info on fast charging the new iPhones. https://www.zmiusa.com/blogs/blog/fast-charging-the-iphone-x-8-and-8-plus-1

The Anker one you posted doesn't seem to support Power Delivery, but I don't think it will damage your battery, so if you're okay with just normal charging not fast charging, go ahead and get it.
