So I was comparing pictures on my new iPhone X and my iPhone 8, when I came across something I wasn't expecting. I was viewing an HDR picture taken by my iPhone 8 of my GF with clouds in the background. After a few seconds, I noticed the clouds became extremely bright on my X, but remained dim on my iPhone 8.

I know the OLED has HDR, but I didn't expect my previously taken pictures to look any different. Can someone confirm they can replicate this experience? Keep in mind, my Google Photos version of the image did not display any differently on my X, only the original iPhone version.
