iPhone iPhone X, Home Bar Indicator or not?

I personally find the Home Bar Indicator on the iPhone X not only pointless but also unsightly, and at times annoying, I see no reason for its existence after the first five minutes of using the phone.

Hate it so many games like asphalt makes the annoying home bar always on while touching phone to stear i know how to use the phone now its pointless
