iPhone X iPhone x how to share videos in my TV app

Dear Experts

Sometime I transferred videos from my computer windows 7 to my iPhone X and those will be located under TV app.

How can I share those one with friends ?

Right now as i can't see an option for sending them via email or WhatsApp or viber ,,,etc ??

Buy an Apple TV or just a smart tv with Android like Sony....
