iPhone X iPhone X IR blaster/dot projector

So I noticed my phone flashing at me this morning when I looked at it. It's not just me who can see the IR light on the iPhone X without a camera? My eyes have to be slightly adjusted to the dark for it to be visible, but when I had just woken up, it was plain as day. And now I can't stop noticing it!

Bit of a pointless thread I know, but I'm just wondering if anyone else notices it, too.

Once in a while I do see them flashing.

Haven’t noticed that before. Just tried in the dark and nada.
