Hey, i bought my first iPhone ever I chose X because I really like it, I have it for nearly a month but now I realized I have some issues.

1. Volume down button has different sound and feeling than volume up button but only if I press it in the top half of the button the down half is prrfectl fine. I have it in official silicon case since day1 never dropped it or anything. Is this a common thing? Should i visit Apple store and ask them directly? Like it’s no big deal but it’s a little bit annoying now.

2. Taptic Engine sometimes does weird sound when doing a gesture. Sometimes it does this weird scratching sounds. I work with 6S, 6S+ and 7 a lot cause i work in a repair center and none did this weird sound not even my friend’s 8+. So is this common?

3. Sometimes 2-4 icons get over each other in top left corner of home screen but i suppose it’s software bug, right?

4. When doing something with photos in Messener I am then unable to type or do anything in the app and I am forced to close it completely and open it again, but that’s probably problem of messenger.

5. Also how long does your battery last? If I am doing anything on the phone it drains 30-50% in 3 hours even if I am using power save, but it’s probably normal?

Thanks for all responses

1) It is a hardware problem and if it really bothers you or causes problems with functionality you should go to an apple store and they'll most probably have it fixed.
2) My Taptic Engine makes some strange noises from time to time too. I had an issue with a beta that caused it to click every time it vibrated but it was software related and got fixed with the official update. I am with an iPhone 7 btw
3) It is a software bug I hope they'll fix soon, it's really annoying
4) Can't help you on this one but it definitely sounds like something with the messenger app.. keep it up to date I guess or try reinstalling
5) I've had some battery problems on my 7 but its battery is quite old now. If you update your phone in the battery pane in settings you will see whether your battery is operating as expected or needs to be serviced. if it becomes really bad you could try restoring through iTunes or going to an apple store to have it checked.

edit: English is hard
